您不得滥用本服务，包括但不限于：任何违法用途；欺诈或垃圾信息；侵犯他人知识产权；干扰服务安全（传播恶意软件、扫描探测、批量抓取等）。You must not misuse the service, including: unlawful use; fraud or spam; infringing others' intellectual property; interfering with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping).
4. 知识产权 / Intellectual property
本服务及其全部内容（软件、课程内容、文档、品牌标识）的知识产权归 Zhi H. Xing 所有。我们授予您有限的、非独占的、不可转让的使用权，仅限于您所购买的方案范围内。Zhi H. Xing retains all ownership of the service and its IP (software, course content, documentation, branding). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your purchased plan.
5. 服务水平 / Service level
我们不保证服务不间断或无错误。We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the service.
6. 付款与订阅 / Payment and subscription terms
我们的订单流程由在线经销商 Stripe 完成。Stripe 是我们所有订单的记录商户（Merchant of Record）。Stripe 提供所有客户服务咨询并处理退货。付款、计费、税费、取消与退款的具体机制请参阅 Stripe 消费者条款（https://stripe.com/legal/consumer）。Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 订阅会员按所选周期（月度或年度）自动续费，您可以随时在「我的账户」页通过客户门户取消；取消后在本计费周期结束前仍可继续使用。一次性购买的课程为永久解锁。Subscriptions renew automatically per the selected period (monthly or yearly) and can be cancelled any time via the customer portal on your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. One-time course purchases unlock permanently.
7. 暂停与终止 / Suspension and termination
若发生重大违约、未付款、安全或欺诈风险、或反复/严重违反本政策，我们可以暂停或终止您的访问权限。We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious violations of these terms.
8. 责任限制 / Limitation of liability
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对间接、后果性或特殊损害（包括利润、数据、商誉损失）不承担责任；我们的累计责任以您在之前 12 个月内支付的费用为上限。To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages (loss of profits, data, goodwill); our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
