订阅退款 / Subscription refunds
订阅会员可随时在「我的账户」页通过客户门户取消，取消后至本计费周期结束前仍可继续使用。取消后不再收取后续周期费用。Subscription memberships can be cancelled any time via the customer portal on your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period and no further renewals are charged.
退款生效后 / After a refund
退款完成后，相应课程或会员的访问权限将自动收回。Once a refund is completed, access to the corresponding course or membership is automatically revoked.
